FCS Community Council Checking Account
October 31, 2025 balance $8,396.56
Raffle Checking Account
October 31, 2025 balance $4,466.89
Committee Reports:
Pickle Ball: $9,748.80 reserve paid $6,762.18 Sealmaster, Paid $1,516.06 Sealmaster + $2.00 cashiers fee - balance left $1,468.56 check issued to DKM given to Maryann Oliver. All 7 layers of sealant applied. Stripping for 2 courts next. Will be ready to play soon. Planning ribbon cutting. FC Pickleball free $20 per year. Once paid you will recived code for gate. Woo Hoo so exciting.
First Annual Organizational and Networking Meeting:
Maria - Postponing till next year for follow-up on stage I & II. Then will work on stage III with Brackettville.
Fall/Spring Raffle: Per Tom Kovacs text - Hunters Roundup sold a few tickets, but not as many as last year. Recommended keeping our raffles annually only and finding other means to create revenue through workshops or bake sales. We so have 4 tickets sold at D&D that have not been entered yet.
Fort Clark Days: Marla Palmer - Nov 22 Fall festival. Need volunteers to help with kids activities. Next meeting Nov 23rd at golf course club house 2pm.
Unfinished Business:
Adult Center: FUD pending
AED: Tom Kovacs - location at RV Park completed & working to get installed.
Stable Repairs: Richard Moore - Go Fund Me account on hold pending action on Frances Estate.
New Business: Announcments: Travis Huey - Smithsonian Museum on main street (MoMS) partnering with Kinney County and Pecos Trails on a traveling exhibition "SPARKS" from Nov 21, 2026 - Jan 3, 2027. Currently in discussion with FCS board, Bracettville and various organizations. Community Council could exhibit FC Days Heritage History pat/present/future as a example.
Upcoming events: FCDs Fall Festival Nov 22 at NCO club 9-3
Historical Society Nov 11 Veterans Appreciation program & meal
Historical Society Dec12 Christmas Open house 5-7pm
Community Concerns: (1) Richard Moore- People who allow guest on FCS are responsible for them.
(2) Richard Moore- At the pool there was a incident - Do not try to handle yourself. Report to Security. Get all information possible. (i.e. description, license plate, ect) If needed call Sheriff but note that security must be called first for report. For your safety "DONOT" try to handle yourself.

President Richard Moores Position - (due to work schedule, unable to run again) 2 year term
Treasury Position - note: Frances passing. Term expies Jan 2027 Need someone with accounting skills, preferably.
