People are allowed in without color tags or only 1 color is used for all. Guest, vendors, contractors, etc. should be different colors. This has been brought up to the FC Board several times. Members name along with Guest should be one tags. Need to identify vehicle/person who do not stop at gate for tags. Looking into gate arms.
