OLD BUSINESS
Jennifer Link's email letter of resignation as treasurer of FCS Community Council was accepted. There were no recommendations from the floor for her replacement. Allison will assume the responsibility until someone else steps up. A new treasure will be elected in January.
Bill and Sandy Herman offered to distribute movie posters around town.
NEW BUSINESS
Ghostly Tours
The high school cannot help with Ghostly Tours this year. After much discussion, it was decided to do just one night, October 26. We would run 3 wagons and have an intermission at the Post Theater to show Halloween Night is Grinch Night. Constance Kilgore spoke about the Day of the Dead Celebration unit 1 was going to be having and perhaps something could be worked out with Ghostly Tours. Phyllis Giblin and Marcia Coffman volunteered to help with refreshments at the Post Theater.
Fort Clark Days 2020
Next meeting will be September 23, 6:30 at the adult center. Fort Clark Days 2020 is definitely going to take place.
Trail Cleanup
Several members attended this morning's trail cleanup and expressed their disappointment with the trails they worked on. They had hoped it would be walking/golf cart trails. An Ad Hoc committee was formed with members Lisa Vale, Megan Vale, and Bob Hendricks. This committee would look at several trails and organize a future trail cleanup.
